As we continue to grow quickly, we are building a strong commercial team and are now looking for a Marketing Specialist who wants to play a key role in developing an internationally growing travel brand.
Our resort is located in Rovaniemi, but this position will be based in Espoo or Helsinki. The future office location will be decided together with the team. A small commercial team will work in Helsinki, while the operational activities of the resort take place in Rovaniemi.
Your role
You will be responsible for the practical implementation of Halo Igloos digital marketing and content together with the rest of the team.
Your responsibilities include for example:
updating and developing the website
planning and executing newsletters (D2C and B2B)
executing digital marketing campaigns
maintaining and developing the visual brand identity
producing marketing materials
You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team. The Social Media Manager works on-site in Rovaniemi, and the Head of E-commerce works in Helsinki, with whom you will build the international visibility of Halo Igloos.
We are looking for someone who
is a very strong hands-on digital marketing professional
can update and develop websites (no coding required)
has experience with newsletters and email marketing
has a strong visual eye and understands branding
speaks and writes fluent English
works independently and proactively develops ideas
has experience in either travel marketing or consumer products/services marketing
In addition, we expect a degree in business/marketing or equivalent practical experience in marketing.

Your role
You will be responsible for developing Halo Igloos direct sales (D2C) and digital commerce.
Your responsibilities include for example:
developing and optimizing direct sales channels (website, booking engine)
optimizing digital sales and conversion
collaborating with the marketing team on campaign planning
analyzing and reporting sales and booking data
developing new digital sales opportunities
You will work closely with the rest of the commercial team.
We are looking for someone who
has strong experience in digital sales, e-commerce or revenue management
has experience on performance marketing (Meta, Google)
understands the dynamics of direct sales and digital customer acquisition
can analyze data and develop sales based on insights
is familiar with hotel distribution channels or e-commerce business models
works proactively and takes ownership of results
speaks and writes fluent English
Experience in travel industry marketing, hotel revenue management or e-commerce is considered an advantage.
In addition, we expect a degree in business or equivalent practical experience in digital commerce or commercial roles.

As we continue to grow, we are building a strong commercial team and are now looking for a Social Media Manager who wants to play a key role in developing an internationally growing travel brand.
Our resort is located in Rovaniemi, and this position will be based on-site in Rovaniemi as part of the resort team. The company also has marketing and sales professionals based in Helsinki.
Your role
You will be responsible for Halo Igloos’ social media channels and content, helping to grow the resort’s visibility in international tourism markets.
Your responsibilities include, for example:
Managing and developing Halo Igloos’ social media channels (Instagram, TikTok)
Producing visual content together with content creators and photographers
Planning and publishing social media content
Collaborating with influencers and content creators
Participating in the planning of marketing campaigns
Monitoring and developing social media analytics
You will work closely with the commercial team and customer service.
We are looking for someone who
Has experience managing social media and creating content
Has a strong visual eye and understands brand building
Can produce photo and video content when needed (e.g. stories)
Follows social media trends and knows how to use them creatively
Works independently and actively develops new content ideas
Writes and speaks fluent English
Experience in tourism, content creation or influencer collaborations is considered an advantage.
